Masterly tone shift for the punchline and great panel layout!

CrockerComics responds:

Thank ya!

That's neat, especially the effect you used for the magic, looks both pretty and fairly ominous.

BecSantus responds:

thank u veyr much im still not good at makign the MAGIC EFECT so im glad it looks so so

Looks good! And it's always important to stretch out from your norms now and then to help build up skill. The light definitely looks good as does the background and the figures themselves.

FuShark responds:

Thanks.

Wow! At first I thought this would be static or a low resolution. But this is amazing! Beautiful style and excellent use of size and shape to create the different textures!

KatieSapphire responds:

Thank you :3

Dang, these are crips as all get otu. Some of these look like they could be tutorial pieces on animation effects. Especially 2 and 8.

irri responds:

That is kind of you to say. Speaking of tutorials, or more of a guide than a tutorial, I have made a guide on pixel animation:

Your comment reminded me of it. Anyways, thank you. ^^

Cute! Haven't tried that game, guess I'll give it a shot.

TheGarbager619 responds:

I wasn't a huge fan of Supercell games, but that one is truly fun as hell

Yep, that's shiny alright! Nice garchomp there. Good shading work and muscle details.

As an aside it looks like the perspective on the dorsal fin is in profile instead of sticking straight off the back. It could also be a style thing but with the shoulder angle I guess I'd expect to see the underside on the cut-out sections or for it to be shorter.

Excellent job on an excellent pokemon.

OffEgg responds:

Ah i can see what you mean with the dorsal fin.. thank you for the heads up! And thanks for the nice comment, I appreciate it! ^^

Looks really nice! Super cute and good handle on her classic look.

Was this done by hand or is that a special brush used for the linework?

RoseyLexi responds:

I use a modified version of Clip Studio's pencil brush for most of my linework. Gives it a nice texture, I find.

Nice piece, good figure work and a nice color pallet. I also like the little ghost flames, they add a nice stylized feel to the ghosts.

Candy-Kaiju responds:

Thank you so much!! (ღ′◡‵)

I've been going with "Wrawl-say"

You know, when I'm not just going with "the fluffy boi/lad"

Adorable Ralsei! Love the cloth folds and shading on the fluffy lad.

Mangneto responds:

Ive been going with "Wrawl-say" at first but "Ral-see" is a lot nerdier so I'm gonna start using that from now on. Thanks, btw. Toby's characters are honestly tricky for me to render, I gotta doodle more of them sometime.

This should be another location both for II comics and for my art in general.
