Those leggings don't look too warm but they do look pretty hot....
I'm sorry about the pun.

Man, she was trippin' through pretty much the whole series.
Very smooth animation and some nice blur work on the juggled knife.

That is one happy frog critter
Not sure if that gameboy is an ornament or an accident but I like it.
Super cute, though some texturing on the binder might be a good idea, it took me a few seconds to recognize the difference between skin and cloth there.
i just made the outline of her top slightly thicker, hope that helps!
I've seen a similar attempt before, but I think generally people use it with a pallet limited to a complimentary range of colors. It's not annoying to look at and does give an interesting simplistic aesthetic to the whole thing. However simplified/reduced pallets do create the slight issue that things in low detail or that don't occupy focus have a tendency to blend in or give strange impressions. In this case the cloud (I think it's a cloud) behind his head looks a little strange because it has such a thick outline without the narrowing effect on some of the other clouds. It is helped out quite a bit by using the white outline to distinguish between foreground and background items though.
In fact that's basically the exact opposite of a scarecrow.
At this point there'd be a really good idea to make another Princess Peach game with all the characters affected like this.
This should be another location both for II comics and for my art in general.
